Scope: compliance with European chemicals legislation (EC Regulations 1907/2006 and 1272/2008).
Value for our partners: as an importer and strategic facilitator, we assume full legal and operational responsibility for safely placing non-EU chemical substances and mixtures on the market, relieving our customers of complex administrative requirements, penalties and direct legal liability.

Our chemical compliance services and activities

Threshold Monitoring & Registration: continuous tracking and monitoring of annual tonnage imported for each customer, including the >1 tonne/year threshold and ECHA registration where required.
SDS Documentation Audit: rigorous checking and validation of Safety Data Sheets supplied by non-EU manufacturers.
CLP Classification & ECHA Notifications: assessment of each substance’s hazards, reclassification under the CLP Regulation (EC No 1272/2008) and notification to ECHA’s classification and labelling inventory.
SVHC Management & Traceability: legal responsibility for ensuring that substances of very high concern comply with authorisation requirements (REACH Title VII), with transparency throughout the supply chain.
Safety Documentation and PCN Notifications: notifications to European poison centres through the PCN portal, preparation of SDS in the local language and CLP-compliant labelling for drums and packaging.
